Profile
VVD Hilversum is the local branch of the national VVD. The programme revolves around four things: mobility on the housing market, no higher charges because of the merger, stricter traffic enforcement and more room for businesses. On energy, the party does not want to go further than is nationally required (p. 26). On culture subsidies it wants to make sharper choices (p. 24). On asylum, it only wants more reception once central government limits the inflow (p. 13).

Merger and governance
- The merger must not lead to higher charges for residents of either municipality. Every community and neighbourhood gets its own implementation agenda. p. 3
