About these figures

The new municipality will only exist from 1 January 2027. The figures for the new municipality are Hilversum and Wijdemeren added together; percentages and averages are weighted by the number of residents, households or homes. Wijdemeren was formed in 2002 from Loosdrecht, 's-Graveland and Nederhorst den Berg, which is why those series start in 2002.
