How did Hilversum and Wijdemeren vote before? All results since 1990, directly from the database of the Electoral Council (Kiesraad). After 18 November you will also find the result of the first election for the new municipality here.
Municipal election
18 November 2026
The result is not in yet. Polling stations close at 9 pm; then the votes per party are counted first. From 10 pm there is a results evening at the town hall. On 19 November the votes per candidate are counted, on 20 November the municipality announces the provisional result, and on Thursday 26 November at 10 am the central electoral committee determines the official result, with the distribution of the 39 seats.
