How we find this out

We compare each name with the Electoral Council’s candidate lists for Hilversum and Wijdemeren (2010–2022) and with the names recorded at council votes (Hilversum since 9 September 2020, Wijdemeren since 30 January 2014). For council membership before we have votes with names, we count from the election at which the person was elected. Aldermen are not councillors. We match on name; where in doubt, we checked the records ourselves. Spotted a mistake? Email contact@stemgidshilversum.nl.
